Holidays in Loutraki

Another sight well worth visiting is the area of Lake Vouliagmeni and Ancient Heraion, which is situated a short distance from Loutraki. The lake area is a very beautiful and picturesque area where nature thrives.

Close to the lake is the ancient port of Heraion. Here you can see some of the ancient ruins of the port. Next door is the impressive "Melagavi Korinthia" lighthouse, which stands proud amongst the jagged and sharp rocks. The whole area here is one of immense beauty, and you can enjoy a walk around the area, taking in the wonderful views and scenery.
